Double your impact for local wildlife this March. 🦉🍀 Every gift helps rescue, rehabilitate, and release injured and orphaned animals along the Emerald Coast! Last year in 2025, we treated 1,566 wildlife patients at no cost to their rescuers! Your donation helps directly fund the medications, vet visits, food, and cleaning supplies we need to rehabilitate and raise wildlife. From specially made wildlife formulas to surgical operations, there is always a patient in need here at ECWR that you can help make a difference for!During our "Double the Luck - Matching March" Fundraiser, your gift is matched dollar for dollar, helping more pelicans, owls, opossums, and other native neighbors return safely to the wild than ever before. This is one of our most ambitious fundraisers, and matching offers like this don't happen very often! We want to take full advantage of this donor's generosity, and try to raise $50k that will be DOUBLED to $100k!What does our organization plan to do with these funds? Our main priority this year is updating and expanding our outdoor patient enclosures. These enclosures (which we call "Multispecies Enclosures") are made to safely contain a variety of commonly treated species such as raccoons, opossums, foxes, and fawns. These enclosures must be spacious, as they not only provide a comfortable resting area for recovering patients, but also serve as our "Boot Camp" enclosures for orphaned wildlife. As these animals have grown up in our hospital and not in the wild, we try to utilize our Multispecies enclosures to introduce them to local weather events, food foraging, social behaviors, and to allow them time to build their strength and skills before release. We plan to use these donations to begin building a second Multispecies area from the ground up, demolish our well used original habitats, and then build a SECOND Multispecies habitat area. At times, we receive so many orphaned wildlife patients in the Spring, we cannot possibly fit them all outside, leading them to spend longer indoors than we prefer as it puts them at risk of heightened human interest post release. So, please help us keep them wild today by Doubling our Luck!!

For one night only, our original, legendary storyteller returns, spinning cosmic yarns you can't afford to miss!
Egyptian Myths & Legends: Come discover what the stars looked like thousands of years ago to the astronomers of Ancient Egypt. This family-friendly show will dive deep into the timeless stories of the Egyptian gods Ra, Osiris, Isis, and Horus, and some lesser-known tales about the lion goddess, Sekhmet, and the crocodile god, Sobek. We'll also learn fun facts about life in Ancient Egypt (such as what the first toothpaste was made of) and tour around the solar system with stops at Earth, Venus, the Sun, and the Moon. This show will end with a magnificent and magical display of Egyptian constellations. Recommended for ages 5+. All shows last approximately 45 minutes.
Our Planetarium is an inflatable dome. Guests sit on cushions on the floor of the planetarium to view the show. Space is limited. Purchasing tickets in advance is highly recommended for this reason. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled showing. In case of no-shows/late shows: reserved spots will be released at show time to make space for the next party.
Our planetarium is sponsored by FPL
