Let’s show what a constructive community conversation looks like.
Tickets are now available for Hauntcert: A Family-Friendly Halloween Concert, presented by the Pensacola Children’s Chorus (PCC). Reserve your seats for PCC’s first concert of the season, held at the Jane C. Noonan Center on the campus of First Presbyterian Church of Pensacola on October 27 and 28.
Prepare to be spellbound as the exceptionally talented members of PCC’s advanced choirs present an evening of Halloween-themed musical fun and imagination. Trick-or-treat and have a ball with witches, cats, pirates, princesses, superheroes and friendly vampires! Let your imagination run wild and become whatever you want to be in our Halloween costume shop.
Gather 'round the campfire for some not-so-scary stories told through song, and join in an exciting, interactive musical adventure where children will use their voices to bring an imaginary haunted house to life—and even help catch a pesky ghost! Then, get ready to move as kids and families join our singers on stage for a lively costume conga line. The night also features reimagined versions of your favorite 90s pop tunes, all with a spooky seasonal twist.
Hauntcert has a run time of approximately 40 minutes and will feature additional activities designed with families in mind. Beginning at 5:30 p.m., children are invited to go trick-or-treating in the concert venue at stations hosted by PCC’s community partners. There will also be time for a photo meet-and-greet with your favorite featured performers.
All audience members are encouraged to dress up in a fun and family-friendly fashion, though participants should refrain from using masks or prop weaponry. During a special part of the concert, children will have the chance to showcase their costumes from the stage and participate in the music-making magic alongside PCC’s singers.
