The Pensacola Symphony Orchestra Guild Mad Hatter's luncheon benefits the Pensacola Symphony Orchestra's 100th anniversary with the enchantment of a Mad Hatter's, chapeaux-filled event.

Enjoy entertainment by Ryan Etheredge, the Palafox Quartet, a hat contest, and bid on beautifully painted violins while enjoying the enchanting view of Pensacola Bay.

Burger Battle by the Bay is a community-focused food festival in Pensacola where local restaurants, chefs, and grill teams compete to create the best burger. Attendees sample a variety of burgers and vote for their favorite, creating a fun and interactive experience for the public.

Hosted by the Suburban West Rotary Club, the event combines friendly competition with a charitable mission, raising funds to support local youth programs and community initiatives, including Take Stock in Children.

Typically held at Community Maritime Park, the event attracts a broad audience of families, food enthusiasts, and local supporters. It offers an engaging atmosphere that highlights Pensacola’s culinary scene while bringing the community together for a good cause.

The Pensacola Teen Challenge 2026 Driving Away Addiction Golf Tournament funds will be allocated to our Family Life Center project at our Men's Center. The funds will allow us to Renovate the entire building providing an excellent facility to host our Family Day service, outreach events, chapel services, educational classes, and hospitality functions. With your help we can continue helping those in desperate need! From people in addiction, to children whose parents need help, renovating our Family Life Center will undoubtedly impact many lives.

Mother’s Day Market to Be Held April 24 at Osceola Golf Course in Conjunction with Holes Fore Hope

The Centre for Excellence of Pensacola will host a Mother’s Day Market on Friday, April 24, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Osceola Golf Course, in conjunction with the 5th Annual Holes Fore Hope Charity Golf Tournament.

The Mother’s Day Market will feature local vendors, artisans, small businesses, and specialty products, providing the community with a unique opportunity to shop locally and find meaningful gifts just ahead of Mother’s Day.

Vendor booth fees directly support the Centre’s mission-driven programs, including:

• The A.W.A.R.E. Initiative (human trafficking awareness and prevention)
• Community Table (food assistance for families)
• Hands Up Practical Skills Classes (life-skills empowerment programs)

“Our goal is to create a fun, family-friendly environment where people can shop local while also supporting impactful work in our community,” said Katie Barker, Director of the Centre for Excellence. “When you shop at the Mother’s Day Market, you’re not just purchasing a gift, you’re helping transform lives.”

The public is invited to attend and enjoy shopping, community connection, and a day of impact.

Ready, aim, and fire for a cause! Join us for the Emerald Coast Wildlife Refuge’s Charity Sporting Clay Shoot on May 9th at the Santa Rosa Shooting Center.

All proceeds benefit ECWR’s mission of conserving and rehabilitating Florida’s native wildlife. Spend a day on the range with friends, coworkers, or family — all while supporting a great cause! Shooters can look forward to a morning of friendly competition, raffle prizes, and a delicious lunch following the tournament.

Proceeds from this event will benefit youth art education scholarships at the Pensacola Museum of Art.

This year’s event is Saturday, May 23, 11 am – 2 pm at Sanders Beach Corinne Jones Resource Center. Granny Get-Down is a cook-off featuring the culinary stylings of Council on Aging's AmeriCorps Seniors Volunteers. Attendees can sample an array of homestyle dishes and vote for favorites while enjoying music, raffles and live cooking demonstrations in a festive atmosphere that harkens back to traditional community food festivals. This vibrant celebration of classic culinary delights brings together the community to support the Senior Companion and Foster Grandparent volunteer programs. Beyond the delicious offerings, the event aims to raise awareness of the increased risks of food insecurity and social isolation among seniors and raise funds to support Council on Aging's programs that help combat these growing challenges.
