Pat Crawford has been a part of the WUWF Public Media team since 1982. After receiving a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Hampden-Sydney College and a Master's Degree in Public Broadcast Administration from the University of Arizona, he began his professional public media career at WSIU-TV/FM at Southern Illinois University. From there he moved on to manage WFDD Public Radio at Wake Forest University before finding his way to the best public media organization in the United States. As executive director, he has the pleasure of working with an extraordinary group of creative and passionate professionals dedicated to enriching the lives of everyone touched by public media. Adelina Lancianese is the assistant producer for the NPR Story Lab, a creative studio that fosters newsroom experimentation and incubates new podcasts. At the Story Lab, Lancianese works primarily on investigative, long-form projects, and also helps organize the annual Story Lab Workshop for the development of new independent and Member station podcasts.

Petra Mayer died on November 13, 2021. She has been remembered by friends and colleagues, including all of us at NPR. The Petra Mayer Memorial Fund for Internships has been created in her honor.
