    ❤️ WHO? he American Red Cross Babysitter’s Training program is designed to provide youth ages 11-16 who are planning to babysit with the knowledge and skills necessary to give care safely and responsibly to children and infants.

    The goal of this training is to help participants develop leadership skills; learn how to develop a babysitting business; keep themselves and others safe; and learn childcare skills and CPR, AED use, and first aid.

    The American Red Cross issues certificates for students who complete this course successfully. The Babysitter certificate is valid for 10 years from the date of the class. The Pediatric CPR/AED/First Aid certificate is valid for 2 years from the date of the class.

    Participants in American Red Cross CPR/First Aid/AED Training courses gain the knowledge, skills, and abilities to recognize and respond to emergency situations until EMS arrives.

    Students learn proficient CPR, how to effectively utilize an AED, and how to best respond to the onset of sudden illnesses - Diabetic Attack, Stroke, Poisoning, Allergic Reaction, and other first aid emergencies.

    The American Red Cross issues certificates for students who successfully complete this course, valid for 2 years from the date of the class.

Replacing some daily car trips with a bicycle ride is one of the best ways to see and experience your community in a healthier and more enjoyable way. Join longtime Pensacola bike commuter Jon Spears as he shares how to turn your bicycle into a self-contained commuter bike, whether heading to work or to the neighborhood store.

    Learn about mirrors, bells, racks, locks, storage bags, clothing, and riding tips that allow you to arrive safely and comfortably on any type of bicycle. Participants are encouraged to bring their bicycle to the class to get hands-on advice specific to their bicycle.
