(Must meet criteria):
Women ages 40-64
Have a household income that is less than or equal to 200% of the federal poverty level
Have no health insurance to cover the cost of clinical breast exams, mammograms, or Pap smear

Have you ever thought about using your bicycle to get to some of your daily needs? Replacing some daily car trips with a bicycle ride is one of the best ways to see and experience your community in a healthier and more enjoyable way. Join longtime Pensacola bike commuter Jon Spears as he shares how to turn your bicycle into a self-contained commuter bike, whether heading to work or to the neighborhood store.

Learn about mirrors, bells, racks, locks, storage bags, clothing, and riding tips that allow you to arrive safely and comfortably on any type of bicycle. Participants are encouraged to bring their bicycle to the class to get hands-on advice specific to their bicycle.

Bring your lunch on Tuesday, April 8th at Noon and join us for "Book Banning, Free Speech, and Silenced Voices," presented by retired UWF sociology professor Rosalind Fisher. We'll provide the cookies and lemonade. The talk is located inside the Pace Library 2nd Floor Multipurpose Room (215). All are welcome to attend!

Bring your family and enjoy an afternoon outdoors with fellow Argos at the UWF Sports Complex! We will have yard games, tie-dye shirt creation stations, shaved ice treats, vendor booths and baseball and softball games. Shirts and treats are free while supplies last. From Noon – 3 p.m activities, games and booths behind UWF Softball Field. Then enjoy from 1 – 6 p.m. UWF Softball and Baseball games vs. West Alabama. Baseball will be playing on the Jim Spooner Field. Softball will be playing on the UWF Softball Complex. Free admission to all games
