Celebrating the theme "All In: We're Not Going Back!" our branch is excited to mark 76 years of dedicated service to the panhandle community. We take great pride in our rich heritage and the deep-seated relationships we've built within the community.

Our anniversary dinner is scheduled for October 11, 2024, at the Maui Ballroom, The Island Resort, 1500 Miracle Strip Parkway, situated on the picturesque Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. The reception will commence at 5:00 p.m., followed by dinner at 6:00 p.m. Attire for the evening is semi-formal.

This year, we are honored to welcome Mr. Carlton T. Mayers, II, Esq., the esteemed founder and CEO of Mayers Strategic Solutions, LLC, as our guest speaker. With over 15 years of experience advocating for criminal justice reform across more than 30 states and Washington D.C., Mr. Mayers champions the Community Empowerment-Centered® approach, collaborating with communities to envision a redefined public safety framework, and driving sustainable, positive transformations in practices, policies, and culture. We eagerly anticipate Mr. Mayers' insightful and unifying address.

The event is open to the general public.

While the Freedom Fund Banquet serves as our annual fundraiser, it also affords us the opportunity to recognize individuals, organizations and businesses who have played a key role in the betterment of our community throughout the year.
