Gulf Coast Love Story

Gulf Coast Love Story
Gulf Coast Love Story brings to the screen the hopes and struggles of Gulf coast communities on the front lines of fossil fuels and climate change. The film listens to a poet, chef, musician, dancer, photographer and painters along the beaches and the bayous of the Gulf Coast. These are the stories of people and communities that are remembering, healing, visioning and building a movement for a healthy future amidst oil rigs and petrochemical plants.
Filmmaker Dayna Reggero of the Climate Listening Project presents the film and discusses what it means to listen to the people of the Gulf coast and to help share their stories. Refreshments will be served.
