This free stress-management seminar is dedicated to our community's First Responders and Veterans. Organized by the Santa Rosa County Firefighters Association, Santa Rosa County Emergency Management, and the Santa Rosa County Firefighters Association Chaplain Corps, this seminar will include health talks by Woodlands Medical Specialists' internal medicine and behavioral health providers. Marcy Thompson, LCSW, and Dr. Emmanuel Cruz (a U.S. Veteran), will discuss the physical and mental effects of excess stress, healthy coping mechanisms, and how to identify excess stress in yourself and others.
