The Art Gallery at the University of West Florida is pleased to present Roll Call: the 2023 Art and Design Faculty Exhibition. For this biennial show, instructors in the department have utilized the gallery as a pedagogical springboard to exhibit recent research and artwork. On display are drawings, paintings, photography, sculpture, ceramics, graphic design, digital art, and site-specific installation. This exhibition plays a crucial role in the experience of visual culture for students, staff, faculty, and the greater northwest Florida community. It accomplishes this goal by showcasing engaging concepts and ideas from nationally recognized artists who communicate their passion and commitment to the arts through innovative teaching and studio practice.
