Our Waters: Stories from Pensacola and Perdido Bays

Our Waters: Stories from Pensacola and Perdido Bays
350 Pensacola announces the release of a video mini-series featuring the positive impacts of Pensacola and Perdido Bays and the choices we face in restoring and protecting them. The films premiere on September 14 at the downtown Pensacola public library.
Our Waters takes viewers along through the history of local waters, the ways they enhance our community, and the opportunities and challenges our waterways provide. The series consists of ten short films that include appearances from a number of local people who care about and are connected with Pensacola and Perdido Bays. Some of those people include Pensacola Mayor Grover Robinson, UWF scientist Dr. Jane Caffrey, Tocaro Blue founder/CEO Tom Patterson, Pensacola City Councilwoman Teniade Broughton and many others.
Following the films, several guests who appear on-camera will join us to discuss local waterways and the path ahead toward their protection and restoration. Light snacks and beverages will be provided.
Our Waters was made possible through the Mini Grant program of the Pensacola and Perdido Bays Estuary Program.
