Campus Conversation: "Florida Stories of Strength and Inspiration”- A UWF Women's History Month Event
In recognition of Women's History Month, the UWF Office of Campus Culture and Access, Student Engagement and UKCOH are pleased to bring you a Campus Conversation on “Florida Stories of Strength and Inspiration” - A UWF Women's History Month Event.
OCCA, Student Engagement, and UKCOH are joining forces to recognize Women’s History Month through Campus Conversation: Florida Stories of Strength and Inspiration. The national theme for this year’s Women’s History month is “Moving Forward Together! Women Educating & Inspiring Generations”. This Campus Conversation will highlight the stories of Florida women who have educated, inspired, and shaped history. Our special guests will include former UWF President Judy Bense and Junior League of Pensacola President- Elect Donecia Griffin.
We also invite attendees to share stories of the influential women in their own lives—mentors, educators, family members, and leaders who have inspired them. This interactive experience fosters a collective appreciation for the ways women continue to educate, uplift, and inspire across generations.
This event is funded with Private Funds and is free and open to the public.
