When Grace Resendez McCaffery moved to Pensacola more than 30 years ago, she had a bit of culture shock. Finding authentic Latin food was one of the hardest transitions to her new home. Thankfully, it has gotten easier in recent years.

Dia de la Virgen de Guadalupe is a religious feast day celebrated annually on December 12. The holiday honors Our Lady of Guadalupe, a Catholic Saint.
