Sip & Science: Lost in Space
Bring your friends, grab a drink, and get lost under the stars.
What's your sign? Enter our planetarium for a deep dive into the 12 signs of the zodiac. In this adult only show, we’ll talk about what your individual zodiac sign says about your personality, both in and out of the bedroom. We’ll also talk about which signs you're most compatible with, which signs to avoid, and the bizarre (and sometimes sultry) Greek myths that inspired the zodiac symbols.
Sip & Science: Lost in Space takes our usual fun antics appropriate for adults age 21 and up, and turns it into a journey through space (with wine). Join us for this fun and interactive planetarium show, including beer, a specialty cocktail, and appetizers. That's right, you get to eat, drink, and relax while we take you on a tour through the galaxy, chocked full of trivia and audience participation. Sa-TURN down for what?! Join us a little early for each show to play with some of our out-of-this-world space activity stations from the NISE Network.
Shows run from 6:00-7:00 p.m. and 7:30-8:30 p.m. Doors open at 5:45 p.m. for the 6:00 p.m. show and 7:15 p.m. for the 7:30 show.
Our Planetarium is an inflatable dome. Guests sit on cushions on the floor of the planetarium to view the show. Space is limited, so purchase tickets lunar rather than later to reserve your space. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled showing to check in, grab your drinks and apps, and get settled.
Our planetarium is powered by FPL // our Galaxy Gateway is courtesy of Impact100 of Northwest Florida
Bama, Miami in, Notre Dame out and Indiana No. 1 in College Football Playoff rankings
Nobody paying attention for the past 24 months would be surprised to see Indiana — yes, Indiana — leading the way into this year's College Football Playoff.
Trivia Night
Are you smarter than a 5th grader? Test your wits at Trivia Night! Teams (maximum of 6 people per team) are invited to come nerd out with us and decide once and for all who's the brains of the group. The winning team will receive one $25 gift certificate to the center, good for admission, workshops, gift shop purchases, planetarium events, and more. Have a drink, come up with a ridiculous team name (E = MC Hammer, anyone?), and start the weekend off right with a fun trivia challenge!
