Gumbo Ya-Ya will return to Seville Quarter in Downtown Pensacola on Saturday, April 22nd. Amateur and professional teams will compete for bragging rights for the best Gumbo in Pensacola. Each individual gumbo will be judged on taste, smell, color, and consistency. Trophies will be awarded to the top three winners.
Judging and public tasting begins at 4:00 p.m. Tickets are $15 in advance, $20 at the door.
