The Choral Society of Pensacola presents jazz from both sides of the Atlantic. The program showcases music by two British composers -- George Shearing's "Songs and Sonnets" and Bob Chilcott's "A Little Jazz Mass" -- and also features some jazz from the USA --songs by Strayhorn, Arlen/Mercer, and Dennis/Adair. A 100-voice chorus, conducted by artistic director Peter Steenblik, will perform with the acclaimed Guffman Trio, who will shine in a set of their own.

Enjoy a free preview of the concert on Zoom on Sunday, October 2 at 7 PM. It will include a 30-minute presentation illustrated with musical excerpts, followed by a 10-minute Q&A session.
