Acoustic Interlude Sessions is a music oriented podcast featuring artists with national and international followings as well as local musicians from the Pensacola, Florida area. Selected from a large pool of performing songwriters who have appeared on the Acoustic Interlude radio program, these specific artists were chosen for their outstanding musical abilities as well as the interesting life lessons they have learned while pursuing their careers. Each episode consists of four original pieces and several minutes of conversation.

In addition to her solo career she performs with her band Monarch and the Milkweeds, and tirelessly promotes area musicians. Katie is the founder and organizer of the Pensacola Songwriter Rounds, a monthly showcase for up and coming talent from the Pensacola area. -
