The industry group Florida Realtors released a report last week that said the statewide median sales price for single-family existing homes in December was $373,990. Here are the median sales prices in each metropolitan statistical area in December:

— Naples-Immokalee-Marco Island: $730,000

— Miami-Fort Lauderdale-West Palm Beach: $515,000

— North Port-Sarasota-Bradenton: $450,000

— Cape Coral-Fort Myers: $402,000

— Crestview-Fort Walton Beach-Destin: $397,900

— Orlando-Kissimmee-Sanford: $388,318

— Tampa-St. Petersburg-Clearwater: $362,250

— Port St. Lucie: $355,250

— Punta Gorda: $350,000

— Jacksonville: $346,815

— The Villages: $342,500

— Sebastian-Vero Beach: $340,417

— Panama City: $330,000

— Palm Bay-Melbourne-Titusville: $325,000

— Deltona-Daytona Beach-Ormond Beach: $321,000
