WUWF is proud to be partnering with Florida Humanities, to bring you their Florida Talks program and the opportunity to learn more about the rich diversity within our state.
WUWF will be featuring three diverse speakers on consecutive Thursday evenings beginning on April 8th and we look forward to having you join in the conversation. As you review the variety of topics and bios of our presenters, WUWF encourages you to mark your calendar and reserve your place at the gathering.
In a normal year, everyone would be gathering at a local venue for a shared experience, but of course these are not normal times. Fortunately, we have all become accustomed to the virtual world of Zoom and have found it to be a good way to enjoy a shared experience.
For forty years, WUWF’s mantra has been “what we do off the air is just as important as what we do on it.” WUWF has been committed to going beyond broadcast offerings to create outreach events that stimulate creative thought and critical thinking about important issues that affect everyone. We look forward to seeing you virtually as we continue to celebrate our 40th anniversary.
All webinars are scheduled from 6 to 7:15 p.m.
