Submit Your Testimonial  

WUWF would like to hear from you!  We are collecting testimonials and would like to hear, in your words, what public radio means to you.  Record your very own testimonial and tell us how WUWF enriches your life.  It can be short and sweet OR several minutes long, it's up to you!  Simply record it on your smart phone or device and email the audio file to joe@wuwf.org.  You might just get on-air!     

iPhones have a built-in voice memo app. Android users will have to download a free app. Here's an excellent guide from NPR on how to download (if needed) and use your voice recorder and how to send the file: Guide to Recording and Sending Audio

To help you get started, consider beginning your testimonial with one of the following phrases:

”I listen to public radio for the…”

“I listen to and support public radio for the…”

“I support public radio because…”

“Public radio enriches my life by providing…”

“Public radio is my source for…”

“My favorite thing about public radio is…”

Tips for a good recording:  Write out your script in advance and practice reading it aloud once or twice.  Speak into the microphone. Smile when you record, and speak slowly and clearly in a conversational tone.
